It may even be that on the outside looking in, people think you are happy and ‘one of the lucky ones’, when in fact the truth is the complete opposite, yet you feel guilty for thinking this way. Your self care is non-existent, as is your self esteem and sense of worth.

You want to make a change, but have tried before and are scared to fail. You lack the time and the confidence. You may even believe that you’re not worth it. You’re beyond exhausted with using up all your energy on your family or career (or both!).

As a 1-1 client, we will initially work together for 3 months. Each fortnight, we’ll get together on Zoom for about an hour to discuss your obstacles and challenges, and will work together to set goals, create action plans, targets and milestones. I’ll send you detailed feedback after each session so that you can go over it again if you need to.

I’ll be there to hold you accountable and will regularly check in with you on Voxer between our sessions together. If you have any questions or need some tips and motivation, I’m available during working hours throughout our time together.

You will have access to my exclusive resources specific to your needs and goals, helping you to break them down into smaller, actionable steps.

We will focus on making small changes that add up, looking at your habits and switching them for healthier ones whilst also exploring your mindset and values, leaving you feeling better equipped to face challenges head on!

During your program, we’ll address many areas of your life. There will be highs and lows, but it’s all part of the process. We’ll review your goals regularly and will work through your challenges together. All the while, I am there to guide you and provide support and access to information.


Let’s face it, there are a plethora of resources available to those who want to ‘lose weight and change your life’. The problem is, quick fixes and hefty promises rarely work. And they’re not what I’m about.

As a busy woman myself, I’ve come to understand the importance of making small changes each day. Of being flexible and kind to yourself and appreciating that we can’t do all the things, all the time. Lifestyle change and transformation isn’t just the result of one thing. It starts and ends with your mindset, and includes everything else in between. 

It’s not just about eating healthy food and dropping those pounds. It’s about those things in life that nourish you beyond what’s on your plate. Afterall, you could be your ideal weight, follow a healthy diet, yet still be incredibly stressed due to work, exhausted because of an all consuming family life, or living each day without that spark and sense of purpose.

Life is always going to be full of ups and downs; no amount of weight loss will solve that! I can’t promise you the perfect life through my coaching, but I can say that by working with me you’ll feel lighter and brighter in mind and body, not because of faddy diets or calorie counting, but due to adding in healthier foods and learning to love movement.

Your confidence will sky rocket and you’ll dare to dream bigger and bigger, accomplishing things you never thought were possible before. Family life will be happier and healthier thanks to your change in mindset, and you’ll be better equipped to face future challenges (of which there will be plenty!) head on.




My 1-1 health and lifestyle coaching is payable on a monthly basis in advance. Initially I ask for a three-month commitment from you in order for you to really start seeing and feeling the results. After the initial three months you are welcome to extend on a monthly basis.
